Running Pop

Scientific Name: Passiflora foetida L.

Family: Passifloraceae

White flowers are marked with a ring of radially oriented purple streaks. Blossoms open in the morning, but close by about noon. Although the young fruits are toxic and cyanogenic, ripe fruits are edible.
