Scientific Name: Lantana camara L.

Family: Verbenaceae

Leaves emit a pungent scent when crushed or rubbed -- hence the Malay name 'Bunga Tahi Ayam' (Chicken Dung Flower). They are applied to ulcers, cuts and swellings in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.
